After having the pleasure of working alongside Gavin for a few months I can definitely say that the by spending time working on how you see what is happening to you and around you can make a huge difference to everything you do. I try and ensure that I control my environment each morning in my car on the way to work -that special piece of music getting me ready for the day before I have even stepped foot into the office. This then followed up by not allowing people to be negative around me makes for a great quality working life.
